I waited two weeks for another company to transport my truck. After paying a week of storage charges I stated looking for a new company. I was given Cascades number from a company that was out of business so I called. When I explained my situation to Damon he was more than helpful. He explained the whole shipping process to me, this was my first time shipping any thing, He gave me a quote that was higher than the other company but I could not wait any longer. Within an hour he called me that he had a transporter and was picking up my vehicle that day. The driver had issues getting my vehicle on his trailer and Damon was right on the phone with me and the driver trying to get it worked out. He even took his cell phone to his sons baseball game to make sure to stay in contact with the driver and myself until this vehicle was loaded and on its way to Maine. I will absolutely use this company and Damon again if I ever have the need to transport a vehicle again. I have been told it is very important to find a broker you trust and works for you as well as the drivers and Damon is that. Thank you very much.

It was a pleasure working with you and very rewarding being able to make this happen after all of your frustrations with the "other Guy's". Don't forget I also went to bat for you and was able to get the carrier to lower his rate $200 as well. It is not easy to ship a dual wheel pickup truck from coast to coast, and even harder to Maine. Thanks again and i hope you win the bid tomorrow for that truck so that i can work with you again at the end of the week.
