I must admit I was a bit skeptical, and quite overwhelmed, when I began comparing movers. My 1957 Chvey Bel Air had already been sold, fuel prices were on the rise, and it seemed that most trucks had headed to the southeast for bigger earning potential. Many of the negative reviews on this site are from irrational clients that complain about the original estimate needing to be increased, even though they are fully aware of the drastic increase in fuel charges. Novella communicated daily, was honest and forthright regarding why no truck had picked up the car, and only increased the estimate by small amounts until a truck took the order.
I appreciate Novella and Cascade hanging in there and fighting to get us the best deal, when others would have tried to increase the price substantially just to make the quick buck.
