The service I received from Cascade was exceptional and went way beyond my expectations! I called them because I had a deadline for getting the car from Florida to Massachusetts and the original Trucking Company I contracted with kept us waiting over 3 weeks and finally did not show! Kimberly at cascade went out of her way to help me and to make sure that the car arrived in Massachusetts on time. Since I was managing the process from a distance, I appreciated the thorough communication from both Kimberly and the driver.
Also, the car was being delivered for my mother who is elderly and when the car arrived she called me right away to tell me that the driver who delivered the car to her was extremely professional, very polite and gracious to her! She was so pleased and so for that I am very appreciative. Cascade did a terrific job
