At first everything was well then it was found out there was an error in the quote.
Damon did his best to work with an otherwise frustrated customer (ME).
I am grateful for his patience as well as willingness to find a solution for my order.
He displayed a level of professionalism as well as empathy to my situation. He kept me posted as well as updated and included more information regarding the carrier as well as a picture of him. He also explained to me the intricacies as well as expectations of my order/transport. I am grateful as well as I appreciate all your help Damian and I would recommend your company to one and all but more so I give you 5 stars for excellence in customer service as well as a stellar performance in dealing and working with me to get my car to me.
