We shipped 5 vehicles to Oregon from 4 different places (PA, CO, KS, VA). Kimberly was helpful and attentive. The easiest vehicle to ship was picked up on the day that we entered into contract. The hardest to ship was picked up over a month later. The drivers/carriers varied, but were generally helpful, professional folks. One was delivered early, one late (snow) one on schedule, and one wanted to deliver early, but we were not able to accommodate them, so it was delivered on time. I would use Cascade/Kim again, and would continue to seek to be as flexible with my timing as I can. I would also make sure to communicate with the driver/carrier on delivery details, calling them soon after pick-up and two days before scheduled delivery.
