When I first searched for a transport company I received a lot of e-mails, the first company I agreed to have transport my truck told me he had a carrier and said he needed $1,200 deposit, I gave him all my info...credit card ect... 2 days later then said he couldn't find a carrier. After that I was very weary of all the company’s.. A lot of promises, same thing some said they have trucks gave me an estimate, only to call to change their price the next day. Then came Geri (Cascade) first an e-mail estimate then a call, very helpful...no deposit until vehicle picked up...which was important after the first guy... call me with an estimate which was not in my budget but did call back the very next day with a price that I was happy with. My car was picked up on the agreed date and Geri did call to keep me informed..Before pick up during transport and after delivery. Very happy with Geri and Cascade Transport, would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
