Initially contacted Cascade for car shipment from Ft. Wayne, IN to Toluca Lake, CA. They contracted the job to West Coast Transport. Car was initially scheduled for pickup on Dec. 28, 2007 but was finally picked up on Jan. 3, 2008. Repeated communication with Cascade to try to pinpoint time for pickup. Gave us name of driver for West Coast to contact. A very frustrating experience.
