I called on a Thursday and the car was picked up the same night. Which was unbelievable considering that it was the during the holidays. The car was delivered to my door on Saturday in perfect condition. This was my first time shipping a car and the experience was great. Kim was always available anytime I had a question as well. I will used them anytime I need to transport a car.
