Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc was an excellent company to work with. We had our vehicle shipped from Hawaii to Connecticut and would have expected a hassle, instead we encountered efficiency, knowledge and courtesy from Diane.
We were told how to track the vehicle while it was on the ship, which was really cool. You could track by your order number and cooridinates would show you where the cargo ship was. Once the vehicle arrived in California we were notified and given an ETA for delivery. About 4 day before the estimated delivery we were contacted again to confirm delivery date. Then the night before delivery, we were notified shipment would be early - what a nice surprise. I met the driver about a 1/2 mile away from my office and he was just unloading the vehicle when I arrived. I then double checked the report that is created when the vehicle is picked up (it shows any scratches, dent, etc) and found everything was just fine. Other than being dirty from a cross country trip, the car was just as it left Hawaii. Considering it traveled on a ship, then on a carrier, I was very impressed. The price for shipping $1944 was really surprising to me, I would have expected to pay much more. Cascade Vehicle Shipping is definitely a company I would recommend - they definitely know their business well and excell at keeping the customer informed and happy. They are informative without pestering you and respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have.
