My only issue was the late pick-up of my vehicle in California. I was told the vehicle was to be picked up on December 9. I waited at home all day, and no one came. I called Cascade x 2, but they were closed for the weekend. I left 2 messages requesting a callback, no one called back. I called again the morning of December 10th, and Cascade began looking for the driver of the carrier that would pick up my vehicle. I finally recevied a call back a couple of hours later telling me that my vehicle would be picked up between 2 and 4 pm. I had top leave for the airport at 4 pm, and told the person I spoke with that the time was not acceptable. I was told that there was nothing he could do, but he would let the driver know. Although this type of introduction to a company tainted my opinion of them, my vehicle arrived in NC safe and sound, and on time.
