Don kept me in the loop for picking up my Jeep in Virginia while I was out of the area on military orders. I've shipped a SUV cross country before, so I know to be somewhat flexible, especially with a full size SUV. It was a busy time of year for shipments, and a east coast hurricane likely delayed pickup, which made the shipment more expensive than originally aniticipated, but Don explained my options, based on my sensitivity to time and price, which was a big help so I could decide what I wanted done. Bottom line, I would certainly use Cascade again. Thanks.
