We had attempted to transport our car through another company and had difficulties. When I called Cascade and spoke to Malia, she was very knowledgeable and honest about the transport process, which was not the experience we had prior. The quote she gave me in the beginning was the price we paid. I called Malia when my car did not arrive on the estimated date and she called the driver's dispatcher and they were able to give me the new arrival date. Then Malia called me after hearing that the driver would be later than he had predicted and gave me the date that he would definitely be there. (this was when the early snowstorm hit and he got stuck in bad weather). My calls were always answered and my emails returned promptly.
Malia's customer service was excellent, which helped make the whole experience easy and stress free.
