I'd used Cascade in the past with good results. I used them again for this one, and I was expecting a little more promptness in pickup, and certainly better communication from the trucking company. Richard did his best, and he checked in every other day or so, which was good. This is a fickle business. I'd probably try Cascade again since I know and trust Richard.

Your patience and cooperation were the key to getting this transport completed. There never was an explanation from the trucking company and it felt like we where held hostage there for awhile before they came through.
