Overall, we were very satisfied with Cascade Shipping. We had never needed a trucking service before so had no idea where to start or what to expect. We needed to move our vehicle from Oregon to Minnesota, so we requested quotes from several firms. After reviewing the quotes and reading the reviews on Transport Reviews.com, we decided on Cascade. The were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, either. Richard was very helpful. We do not live in a major metor area, so finding a transport was more difficult. When Richard did find one willing to transport for a $200 upcharge, he was fine with our decision to wait a little longer and see if we could come within our quote. After a few more days he did find one for a slightly higher fee. After negotiations with him we came to an agreeable amount. Our vehicle was picked up the next day and delivered within 3 days. If we ever have a need for another transport we will definitely consider calling Cascade again.
