Bottom line up front: car was not shipped. After talking with Sharon on the phone and giving her my last possible day to ship (the day I was moving), we agreed that we should list the first available day 2 weeks ahead to give ample time. After not hearing from them for a week after the car was supposed to be listed, I found out that she mixed up my "no later than" date with the "first available" date and the car wasn't even listed. She reminded me that I signed an exclusivity agreement for 15 business days. I gave them 15 additional days and the car was not shipped - my neighbor in North Carolina has my car and I'm on the other side of the country. Their other reviews are wonderful, so maybe I'm just an anomaly. The bright spot is they did not require a deposit until a truck was assigned, so I did not lose any money or have to go through a hassle to get it refunded.
