I spoke to Rick,on Mon who seemed to be having phone problems. I gave him information multiple times in order to get a quote including a Thursday pick up and a delivery in Texas. I received the quote for 475 with no fees. I agreed, signed papers, sent it back plus gave cc for $100 deposit which wasn't to be posted until the car was on the trailer. I was called back then told a weds pick up would be better with a Friday delivery in 2 days I was then told he'd get back to me in a few hours with drivers information and when the car would be picked up and delivered. Well Tues came and went with no information on the carrier. Weds came and my daughter was sent the information via text for a driver, which was a NON English speaking driver. She called him the driver who needed a translator. I called Rick,after arguing, just to be told he works with everyone including vets. Oh and that all drivers are certified and speaks English. He then finally sent me a text with the dispatches number. Well the DRIVER never came, his TRUCK broke Down and NO pick up for today WEDS. WELL I called and cancelled!!! Rick was very abrupt, rude and hung up on me. I have asked for a cancellation notice with NO response and my $100 to be released NO RESPONSE. I used UPSCALE TRANSPORT before and I will ONLY USE THEM FROM NOW ON.
