Whatever you do, do not use this company! We expressedly told them we would not be ready until Wednesday. The Saturday before, we get a call saying that the driver is here. We again said, not ready until Wednesday. No notice whatsoever. They got nasty with us and said that they are down 3 people due to a virus. Their dispatcher got very nasty and said he is going to keep our deposit and that we are small potatoes and they do not need our business. He implied I was an idiot and was very condencending. Forget about returned phone calls. Maria gave us her cell number and never answers it. Everyone screens their calls (straight to voicemail). We are basically stuck and sleeping on the floor eating fast food because they do not understand, "We will not be ready until Wednesday." If you want someone to tell you that you are small potatoes, your basically an idiot, they do not need your business,and never get your phone calls returned, go ahead and use them.
