I placed order last month to ship my car from another state. I waited for 2 weeks. Nobody called back to follow up. Nobody sent email to me. I tried to call Andy Bank Sale Person but he never picked up my call again. This thing happened after this company took my deposit from bank. After 2 weeks without taking care customer, I canceled my order. And Andy and Jessica (Account Department) said they will refund my deposit to my account. They said it takes 7 - 10 days. But right now 3 weeks I never get my deposit to my account yet. And Nobody call me to response again. Even I tried to call Jessica but operator said she will give note to her and she will make sure Jessica will call back. But I never get anycall from them. They tried to say that they refund to my account already. But I have prove from bank of america that they never get refund from them. And I have their voice to prove that they said my refund went thru. I believe bank of america which said they never get money from Capitol. Right now I'm not gonna talk to this kind of people again. I will pass this to bank of america and lawyer to do it and deal with them.

THIS CUSTOMER WAS REFUNDED THE MONEY ON TIME, IF WE CANT PROVIDE A DRIVER WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOUR BOOKING DATE, WE WILL FULLY REFUND YOUR MONEY, HES MERCHANT WAS THE ONE THAT HE WAS NOT CHECKING, BECAUSE IT TAKES SOMETIME TO SEE THE MONEY BACK INTO YOUR ACCT
