9 days after initial shipping date, they could not get a driver to pick-up my vehicle. Even at an additional cost of $250 (initial quote $550), they could not guarantee to find a driver within acceptable time frame. This company did not know much about West Coast. They said so by themselves (unfortunately it was after the initial pick-up date). I had to go back to Southern CA from OR to bring the vehicle myself. I really needed the car after relocation. If the salesman or dispatcher tells you to leave the key with the car for the driver to pick-up the car for you to move on with the move, don't rely on their advice.
Never get attracted to a lowest rate quoted. Read every word on their Shipping Orders before signing. Think of the worst scenario. If Capital can not find a driver for you, deposit refund may be an option, but the cost of re-arrangement to transport the vehicle can cost you a frustration and a huge expense.
Better to use a direct carrier for your transport route! l
