I had never had to have a car hauled before and didn't know where to start. After, Dakota contacted me, he explained everything to me in great detail. He made me feel comfortable and safe with hauling this car that means so much to my husband. Dakota answered all my questions and concerns. He made sure to tell me how some companies ask for money up front and Capital only takes money when your car is actually picked up. If ever in the future I have to use a hauling company, I will be sure to use Capital Auto Transport. I will definitely refer them to a friend or family too. Thank you Dakota for making this stressful and hectic time so calm and putting me at ease. You guys are great.
