1. Quote was 100% accurate.
2. We had a little confusion on the pick up day possibilities, but that was no big problem, we got it straightened out with one call to Cat.
3. The driver was excellent at pick-up: knowledgeable, thorough in inspecting and documenting vehicle condition, and showing up in a newer truck with state of art hydraulic car lift made us feel really safe. I'd seen some older ones on the road prior to the pick-up and begin to think maybe transporting wasn't such a good idea. That concern was set aside when we met him.
4. The driver called the drop off contact location in advance and was great at that drop off as well.
5. I chose CAT because of the background checks I was able to do through BBB; government licenses; and the attorney general offices in NM and OR to see if any complaints had been filed- none had (the two other competitors I was checking on had complaints, and in the case of one, no licenses could be located on the internet).
6. I was very concerned that the other companies, all of them wanted deposit money up front before even booking the pickup/drop-off. CAT did not do that.
7. After the drop off, there was a customer service call back from Dakota to see how the service was- that follow-up is greatly appreciated. Dakota is very customer service oriented and wanted to know the experience we had. When I didn't return his original follow-up call, he called again to follow-up- that's caring about the company you are representing and I appreciated it.

Bottom-line, you all do a fantastic job. If I ever have to ship a car again, it will definitely be with you. If I hear of someone needing to ship a car, I will definitely refer you.
