I called CM Transport to move my Cadillac from Hyannis, Ma. to Augusta, Me. based on a referrel from a repair shop near my home in Hyannis. It was somewhat of a short notice move but they said "short notice moves" are one thing that sets them apart from other companies who will take a week to pick up my car and 2 days to deliver. They are a "CARRIER" Not a Broker thankfully due to my past experiences. Brandy is the dispatcher who handles all of the calls and the details of the move. She was very polite, informative, and commited to my satisfaction. They picked up my car on time and were very thorough on inspecting my car for damage and even inflated a low tire I had before loading. I watched him load the car as ive learned to do over the years and was pleasantly surprised that there were no scratching or grinding sounds while he loaded it on the trailer like some other companies have done in the past. They made a couple of phone calls to me and my husband in Maine through out the day to keep us informed of the time the car would be delivered. My car did arrive on time and damage free as promised. Great communication! I loved knowing where my car was at all times and I even had the drivers direct number. So I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and friendly service. Keep up the good work!
