I apologize if we have caused inconvenience during your transport. You forgot to mention that you were unreachable for several days since pickup where your excuse was you have never received a call from us. We are a company located in southern California and your vehicle was supposedly delivered to northern California in Dublin. It is almost 400~450 miles of driving up to where you were and there is no way for us to go there to make an attempt to deliver your vehicle without making a confirmation with you. We notified you when the vehicle arrived in southern California on 4/12 which we only took 4 days to transport from GA. We had to wait another 6 days until you respond our numerous messages. I don’t see why our company need to take blames when you were the one who caused all the problems. Also when we picked up your vehicle we were there on time waiting for you three hours and there goes another lie that we were late on pick up. I highly suggest you to get your story straight.
