After reviewing many company and getting many quotes I decided on Broadway. BAD, BAD mistake. Signed a contract on 08/11/2026 for haul from Texas to Ohio for $750. $250 deposit. $500 cod. Said they had a driver. Pick up on 08/14, drop date 08/17. They contact me on 08/12 stating that they couldn't ship it because the large 8 car haulers don't like to haul newer autos and it might take a lot more time to find an 8 car hauler. I was set up with the dealer to be there on the 14th.They send me a new contract that was $350 more. Because they had to use a smaller 3 or 4 car hauler. I was stuck, and signed the contract. Pickup was on the 13th, drop on the 17th. After i signed the contract the communication between Broadway or the driver was difficult. Would not respond most of the time or were very difficult to understand. HERE IS THE KICKER; the dealership where the car was picked up stated it was a large hauler that had room for at least 8 and maybe more cars on it. I received the car on the 17th and took pictures. It was an 8 or more car hauler. That's why it took longer to get here, because of all the drop offs on the way here.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP
