After reviewing many companies and getting many quotes I decided on Broadway Auto Transport. Horrible experience. Signed a contract on 08/11/2026 for transporting my auto from Texas to Ohio for $750. $250 deposit, $500 COD. They told me they had a driver. Pickup was to be on 08/14 with drop on 08/17. Broadway contacts me the next day stating that they couldn't find a driver because larger 8-10 car shippers don't like to ship newer autos and if I wanted to stay with $750 it might take as much as 2 weeks to get a driver. I was already set up with the dealership to have the auto picked up on the 14th. Broadway states that for another $350 they could keep the pickup on the 14th. I was stuck so I signed a new contract : $250 deposit, $850 COD because they had to use a smaller 4 car hauler. Actual Pickup was on the 13th of August and was dropped off on the 17th of August. Contract stated Pickup on 13th and drop of on the 15th of August. After that the communication with the Company was very difficult . Hard to contact driver or Broadway . I was expecting the drop off on the 13th and kept getting the run around from Broadway and the driver. They would not respond 90% of the time and when they did, very hard to understand. Her is the KICKER: The dealership where the auto was picked up stated that the trailer was at least a 8 car or more trailer and when it was dropped off I was there and it was as the dealer stated a large trailer, 8-10 car. I have photos. Do not do business with this outfit. I don't know how they got the good reviews they have other than faked.
