I hired bama express to pick up 3 cars 1st in mn to fl. cost $650 2nd mi.to fl. cost $800 3rd s.c. to fl. cost $400 the first 2 were picked up and I was notified and told that they were on their way to pick up the 3rd car in s.c. I was asked to pay them by wire transferfor all 3 cars a total of $1850 which I did on nov. 4 2013. I had to get the 3rd car out of storage by nov. 30 2013 the 3rd car was never picked up. I finallyhired another transporter via a transport broker and the car was picked up in one day and delivered to me two days later.i notified bama express I no longer required their services and asked for a refund of my $400. itried calling them however they completely stopped answering my telephone calls to them . I left my telephone no. on their answering device but they never returned my calls.i tried at least 3or 4 times a day at different times during the day to speak with them and I kept this up for approximately 7 weeks . finally I gave up as it was obvious they wrer not going to talk to me or refund my money. I contacted the b.b.b in ga. and when I last checked a notice had been sent to them and a second notice was being sent on feb. 24 2014 the first notice was never responded to. it has been from nov. 4 2013 till today feb. 25 2014 and I still have never been refunded my $400. I would never recommend this co. as I believe they are unreliable and DISHONEST
