I entered into contract with Stacy from MoveWheels after finding that had very competitive pricing. I had several questions due to the distance my vehicle needed to be shipped from and my rep (Stacy)was flexible and very helpful from the beginning to end. I had a truck that needed to be shipped from Anchorage, Alaska to Las Vegas so I did expect some minor issues but I sincerely appreciated the constant communication from Stacy and the MoveWheels team throughout the 12 day shipping process. During times where I could not get ahold of Stacy or if I received a MoveWheels company VM, I left would leave a message and a MoveWheels associate always contacted me. If they could not answer my question they would give the message to Stacy who would return my call. There was never a time where Stacy did not call me back if I specifically requested to speak with her. Even after a scheduled driver flaked, Stacy was on top of it by letting me know and doing her best to find an immediate replacement. MoveWheels has my recommendation and I will use them again in the future.
