Sophie was very professional, calm, very explanatory and patient.
She has a very detail knowledge of the job and tried to explain when the customer didn't understand what was going on.
She communicate very clearly and slowly for
customer to understand.
When I was running out of time, she called me back promptly. And explained to me what the problem was and gave me the option to decide what I want to do.
She always returned my phone calls promptly.
