I had been receiving emails from Russell Snow ever since I placed a quote on uShip for my car. When my original car carrier continued to fail to secure a truck over the course of several days, I called Russell immediately. Russell understood that I was in the military and could not "be patient" as the other company told me. Russell promised me he could find a driver that night, and he did better, he called me with a truck 2 hours later. My car was on the car carrier the next day, and I had the rest of the time to get my family to move. I would recommend move wheels to all of my military friends and family, and I would give them Russell's number for his stellar service. We will be using Russell again!
