COuld not be happier with the service I received from russell and the carrier. Was completely blown away when they emailed me an actual written contract outlining every detail of our agreement and informing me of when my credit card would be debited. They will not suck up your deposit money until you are 100% covered by confirmation and pickup of your automobile by the trucking company. In my case I called Russell for a quote on the 25 jan 18 and by 26 jan 2018 my car was on the truck and on its way. Russell kept me informed, the seller informed, and the driver informed so that ALL of us knew what was happening and when and how much. Movewheels agrees it will not keep your money if they can not find a driver for you in 5 days. Not even your deposit! Initially there was a scheduling problem with the driver wanting to push time ahead until sat am but the seller was not in a mood for that and russell was very persuasive in getting me to the front of the line. My car was delivered on the 30th at 3 in the afternoon from CA to OH..I would highly recommend you give this company a try "first" when you are doing your shopping. Their contract protects you from any over zealous sales promises that somehow (according to reviews) never seem to get fulfilled. If I could give them 6 stars I would gladly do so.
