My sales rep, Val, sent me an email prior to signing a contract saying my car would be picked up between 5-7 PM and the delivery would take 5-6 days. I get a call at 7:45 AM that my driver will be there between 10 am - 1 pm. Tried calling Val, no answer even though it was business hours on the east coast. Finally get an email back that I would have to rearrange my day because driver can't pick up after 3 pm. Car gets picked up at 12 pm and I have to take a lyft to my appointment later that day. During the pick up the driver tells me it'll be 9-12 days. HMMM. Not what I was told before I signed the contract. Talk to Val about it and he says he'll figure it out and call me back. I've heard nothing from him since. Got my car in 9 days and it was pretty dirty but that was expected from a cross country move.
I truly HATED my experience with MoveWheels and I found them to be very dishonest and hard to get ahold of. Don't use this company if you care about when your car will be picked up and delivered.
ALSO- my card was charged a month before pickup, not AT pickup like they said.
