They sound great and say all the right things on the phone. Made me very confident in their abilities right from the start, even have a slick website. They told me they would pick up my car in a few days (on a Saturday), it would cost $900, and they would charge me nothing until the vehicle was loaded on a truck.
What actually happened however was Saturday came and went with no calls, no pick up, no nothing. The guy I bought the car from was upset because he waited all day for someone who never came. I couldn't even call them because they are closed on the weekend.
Monday comes and I get a phone call from Hanna Davis at 5 something in the morning. I guess where ever they are it must have been during business hours but not thrilled about 5am phone calls. She tells me she knows they missed the pick up and will schedule another one for the following day. I ask her to contact the person with the car to schedule the pick up since he has to be available. She tells me she'll contact him and tell him they are coming the following day, apparently not comprehending the need for his approval/agreement for scheduling anything. They finally work out a pick up day for two days later.
Then they put a hold for 100$ on my card. I ask her why this was done since the car wasn't picked up yet and she tells me they didn't charge me, they just put a hold on the money. What's the difference if its not accessible to me? She also tells me that since its a different date now, thanks to their neglagence, its now going to be $1000 instead of $900.
The guy picks up the car, delivers it. Their are scratches all over it that look fresh and didn't seem to be there in the detailed photos I saw, but since I've bought the car only having seen photos I cannot prove where they came from and as a result, say nothing.
