Kelly did a great job in coordinating the delivery of my van from SoCal to NorCal. I understood they were a broker so the prices are not set in stone until a driver accepted. I had flexibility with my delivery so I could wait until someone accepted. At the end I only had to go up $25 from my original estimate to get a driver. The driver was nice and helpful too.
