I believe BWT doing business as MoveWheels is involved in unfair and deceptive trade practices. The price for vehicle shipping increased from $325 to $450 even though I had a contact for $325 from the company. A second contact in the amount of $450 was issued by the company after my car was not initially picked up as promised. There was No communications between the company and myself when the initial contract was not honored by the company until I called to see why my car wasn't picked up for transport. Company ignored my calls the following day. When I was contacted I was advised the driver refused my contact because of the price.Suspect the company is involved in a bait and switch practice in violation of 2010 Tennessee Code Title 47 - Commercial Instruments And Transactions Chapter 18 - Consumer Protection Part 1 - Consumer Protection Act of 1977 and 47-18-104 - Unfair or deceptive acts prohibited. The companies bait and switch practices, unexpected price spikes, failure to honor their contract and overall disregard for customer service should be enough to scare off any future customer.
