I was very impressed with the professionalism of this shipping company. I have never had to use one before and read about horror stories on the internet. I didn't know if we were being "taken" until we talked to the driver and he explained he would do whatever it takes to get that car on his truck. He was totally polite along with the dispatcher who told me that I could call her anytime 24/7 with any questions. He was there with our car half way across the country in three days having to drive a tandum enclosed trailer through snow and rain. I don't know how he did it. We gave him a tip since he was so courteous and genuinely nice. If I ever need another car carrier I will call them again. You won't go wrong with this group of people.
