DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!

Where do I begin? The company I used to help me transport my vehicle was honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, the carrier I was assigned to was an absolute disgrace! First of all I called the driver to ask when my vehicle would be picked up in Arizona after being told from the broker the driver would call me in advance...It was already 5PM so I was getting nervous...The driver picks up the phone and says "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT WE'LL GET THERE WHEN WE GET THERE" then hung up the phone...I preceded to call 3 times in a row and ALL 3 times it was picked up and HUNG UP!!! What kind of service is that??? Suffice to say they arrived at 11PM! I have to be at 5AM the next day! Long story short my vehicle arrived 10 days later with OIL SPILLED ALL OVER IT! To go with that the windshield was cracked! The driver (who by the way could barely speak English) told me it was there like I didn't know what shape my vehicle was in on the pick up! If I would have known this I never would have paid on the PICK UP end..I wanted to file a claim and the driver got in his vehicle and drove off! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF AVOID BHM TRANSPORT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
