We booked 4 minibuses for our Christmas Party, after multiple conversations and emails clarifying the collection points and times, they still got the times wrong. The buses were over an hour late leaving our staff in the freezing cold. Their customer service was appalling and when we did get hold of them they continuously lied about when the buses would be arriving. When we complained about the collection times being wrong they were aggressive and rude on the phone.
