Very unhappy experience

When I gave them my car, it worked perfectly. When I received it, my car window didn't work. I called them, and the president of the company said that when I gave my car to them, it didn't work. It's absolutely a LIE! My car worked very well, and when they picked it up the guy did a complete inspection. I
even stayed there for a few minutes when he loaded my car. If the window suddenly didn't work right after I left my car, the guy could call me and add it to the inspection list.

In their contract, they said that the car is 100% covered by insurance for any damage up to 100K. it's a Lie Again! After wasting my time and effort to argue with the president several times on the phone, I gave up and brought my car to the dealer and fixed it on my own cost. I WILL NEVER use this company or recommend it to any of my friends.
