My car was in an area where few truck drivers would pick it up. I'm sure this would have been a problem at other companies as well.
Fortunately the contact person was always prompt at getting back to us promptly.
Eventually I had to move my car to a more populous area and add more money to get a better plan. (I took the cheapest, which had an indefinite wait time but as time went by it got more urgent)
Next time I will take the higher plans by default.
