If you're looking at this review, it's probably because another company told you to look at their thousands of positive reviews...I hope one day this company will have thousands of excellent reviews here, because Cory at Autotransportersonline.com was fantastic to work with!! He answered all of my questions regarding transporting my car from Maryland to Nevada in the peak of the moving season (June). I signed up for the Silver level of service because I was not in a hurry to get my car. Cory explained that I may have to bump up to the Gold service after a few weeks if my car was not picked up, but offered me a "money back guarantee" for the administrative fee that would be assessed after 21 days if my car had not been moved yet. But I didn't have to go up to the Gold - my car was picked up on the first requested/available date and delivered to me 4 days later, no problem! Auto Transporters Online did offer the lowest quote, ($5-$100 less than some other companies) so I was worried that I would "get what I paid for," but I got much more. I REALLY appreciate that they break down the cost into what their fees are, and what the drivers are offered. I tried to ask another company what they posted my transport cost for, and they gave me the run-around. Another company belittled me, telling me "I wish you lots of luck. Probably not the BEST decision as far as transporting companies." BUT IT WAS the BEST decision!
