This company was very unprofessional! Should have seen the signs when they didn't call back with a confirmation pick up date. The driver was almost a week late for pick up due to their truck breaking down. Company never called when car wasn't delivered on original drop off date. No call prior to pick up from origin and company doesn't have a voice message center. Myself and the car owner had to numerously call the company to find out where the car was. The truck driver was not an American citizen and was unable to deliver the car on a military post after the co. rep. had insured the car owner that they would be able to deliver on post. A tow truck driver had to deliver the car on post and to the car owner after 2 days of the driver trying to figure out how to deliver the car on post. The co. dispatcher called three days prior to delivery to inform the car owner that the car had been damaged with a crack in the back window. When the owner recieved the car, the back window was not only shattered but all the debis was inside of the car.Mind you, this was a totally brand new car just purchased and used 2 days prior to transport pickup.
This company is a sham and I would not only use this company again but, they need to pay for the damages to the car! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
