I had such a positive experience with Kimberly two years ago when I shipped my car across country, that I kept her contact information. The experience this time was also excellent. Kimberly is prompt and efficient. She provides excellent customer service, contact a second carrier when the first could not meet the timeframe. She explained the price quote thoroughly. I would definitely contact Kimberly again and recommend her highly.
