Excellent service and Quick Delivery

I have to admit, after doing a lot research on the car shipping industry, I was really worried about shipping the car I had just won at an Auction.... Do yourself a favor and look up these companies on a website that is NOT transportreviews.com. Maybe this isn't true, but I have a suspicion that the shipping companies on this site either get kickbacks and/or can pay to edit or remove negative listings.

I ended up settling on the Auto Shipping Group even though I had read some reviews on Yelp that said they offered to pay customers to change their reviews... which not illegal, to me it just show's a high level of sleeze. Despite this, I chose them because they were local, and if something went south in the transaction, I would have an opportunity for face to face "interaction".

Well, my fears ended up being unfounded, or perhaps I was just lucky. Greg had contacted a shipper the same day I called him, and after I got all the paperwork all squared away on my end we were good to go for pickup then next day. The car was a non-runner, so I had to pay a bit extra for a truck with a winch, I think it would have been $1200 normally, which was right in line with the other quotes I got.

The shipper was one day late to pickup the car, but still was able to get it before I had to pay auction fees, YES! This is exactly what I was hoping for. I expected to receive the car 7-10 days later. Well, then next day I got a call from the driver and asked if I was ready for him to drop it off the next day. WHAT?! Texas to Washington in 2 days, I couldn't believe it. The drop-off was smooth and the driver professional.

Greg was really on the ball and responsive, couldn't ask for more. Although he had a weird story about being the vice president of the company yet he is still doing the grunt work, like he was trying to nurture the image that he has a large company with lots of staff. To me the story didn't add up, and my opinion is that he's likely a one man operation. To me truth is king, and personally I think that's great if he is a one man operation, living the american dream.
