Malia was very helpful answering questions in an emphathetic manner for a first time transporter. Everything in the process at every step was at least what I expected or beyond expectations. The carrier arrived early in the pickup window and dropped the vehicle off two days before the estiated delivery. That was welcome news. The carrier's equipment was brand new and the driver (owner) was very personable. He took the time to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle and I was satisfied. I would strongly recommend Auto Shipping Group and Malia.
