This is the first time that I have used vehicle shipping and I was not aware of the process (i.e. using brokers to find a carrier, price bidding, etc).

Billie was very helpful and informative regarding the process of shipping my vehicle.

She helped me to adjust my delivery parameters so that I would stand a better chance of my car being picked up in a shorter period of time.

She also reduced the broker fee by $40, which was extremely helpful to me and was the reason that I decided to move forward with the transport with Auto Shipping.

Billie stayed in constant communication with me and the carrier and also followed up after the vehicle was delivered to ensure that the process went smoothly and that I received my vehicle in a timely manner.

Billie is an excellent employee and I am very satisfied with the service that she provided.

I am happy to give her a 5-star review.
