After hearing all kind of good and bad stories / reviews online about various shipping companies / brokers, I was referred to Felicia / ASG by a friend whom she helped ship a car from NY to TX, based on a great experience my friend had. My experience with ASG and specifically with Felicia was nothing short of excellent. Felicia is very knowledgable, willing to go the extra mile to make sure all your queries are answered. She has been available throughout the shipping process, always promptly returning phones and emails, even while traveling. She is personable and honest, made no false promises or assurances, yet allayed all the anxieties that a first time shipper like myself had. She gave great suggestions to find a carrier in my limited time window, like driving my car across the bridge from Long Island to Bronx, which could cut cost and time. When the delivery vehicle was delayed, Felicia put on her 'policeman' hat (her own words) and sought real time updates for me. It was a pleasure having Felicia by my side through this process. I would certainly call her when I ship my car next time, and I highly recommend ASG / Felicia to all car shippers, esp. first time shippers. You will be in good hands like I was. Thank You, Felicia.
