Okay so I know when I read reviews, in always worried they're fake. Let me tell you my real story.

Reserved first with Montway 2 months prior for a NJ to Texas delivery for two cars. They have me a window of 5 days for pickup of both vehicles. A week prior I start calling everyday asking when is the pickup. Always some Filipino person responds by saying "oh sorry sir we are trying but nothing yet" Now, it's the day before I need the cars picked up. Ahhhh! Still nothing.

Long story short. I call Auto Transport Group just to see what's available as an alternative. They got me a pickup for the next morning with 45 minutes. Wow!!! Then... I call Montway back to cancel the prior order and they probably saw that I got a pickup from a different vendor and offered pickup for 5 days later. And they said this with pride like "look at us, we were so awesome and got you a pickup" I'm like dude!! Auto Transport Group did it for the next morning and it only took 45 minutes. Once again, Filipino guy says "oh sorry sir but we found you one also" Bad listeners.

Cars arrived in 4 days! Wow amazing! Even had the drivers personal cell phone to update me with texts.
