Melissa was an excellent contact person. She was prompt, professional and courteous. When we encountered a problem with the communication person for the transport company, she addressed it immediately. The truck was very impressive and the drivers were polite and professional. My concern with the Auto Shipping Group is that they seem to value on-line reviews more than their in-house professional staff to perform the assessment of team members.
