I was referred to this company by a friend who had just moved from AZ-NY. He gave me Stephanie Hamilton's name/number. I called and she was very friendly and helpful. She remembered my friend as well. Stephanie was up front about a cost change and contacted me as soon as she knew there would be a change. She scheduled the pickup and delivery with the company and sent me an email with all the details.
The driver was a day late picking up the car but was still delivered as scheduled. Not a major issue but I feel needs to be noted. Overall I was very satisfied.
