This was the first time our family transported a car. We were nervous and probably calling Jeff way too much for reassurance. I have to say Jeff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assure us everything would be fine. He even helped us when the car arrived to make sure it went okay. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff. In the hospitality business in Washington I would recommend Jeff to any military personnel moving to another state for sure. The car arrived early and undamaged.
